Chocolate Gut-Loving Pots

Ingredients:


3 tsp of raw cacao powder

1 and 1/3 cups of coconut milk

2 heaped tsp of agar-agar flakes

1/16 tsp of salt

3 tbsp of maple syrup, or to taste

50ml of The Kefir Co Coconut Water Kefir

Method:

  1. Measure the milk and pour into a pot. Add the agar-agar flakes, salt, cacao powder and maple syrup to the milk and bring to a boil.

  2. After it starts to boil, lower to a simmer until the agar flakes dissolve.

  3. Turn off the heat and leave the mixture for a few minutes to cool. Add the coconut water kefir to the cooled mixture and stir.

  4. Pour the mixture into small ramekins and then cover and place in the fridge.
