Golden Pumpkin Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients:
50ml Kefir Co Ginger Coconut Water Kefir
150g Cooked & Cooled Pumpkin or Butternut Squash (peeled)
1/2 Banana (frozen)
200ml Coconut Milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 Tbsp Hemp Protein Powder
1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
Drizzle of Honey (to taste)
Pinch of Black Pepper
Method:
- Add everything except The Kefir Co Ginger Coconut Water Kefir to a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Stir in The Kefir Co Ginger Coconut Water Kefir to the smoothie.
- Pour into a glass and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
