Key Lime Pie

Ingredients:
BASE
1/2 cup of oats
50ml of The Kefir Co Lime Coconut Water Kefir
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup of any kind of milk
2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
2 tbsp shredded coconut
TOPPING
75g cream cheese
Zest & juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
4 biscoff biscuits
Method:
- Mix the base ingredients and set aside for 30mins. It will look like there's too much liquid but it will be absorbed.
- Mix all the topping ingredients together and divide evenly across the bases.
- When you are ready to eat, serve with a roughly broken biscuit on top.
