Slow Burn

45 mls bourbon
15 mls cherry syrup (from a jar of cherries is fine)
Bottle of Kc Ginger Glow Kombucha
Ice
2 fresh or jarred cherries, for garnish
Method
- Pour cherry syrup (from a jar of cherries is fine) then fill glass with ice.
- Pour bourbon gently over the ice.
- Top up with Kc Ginger Glow Kombucha pouring over the back of a spoon to keep the layers distinct and preserve the fizz.
- Garnish with fresh or jarred cherries.
