Wild Berry Spritz Cocktail

45 mls bourbon

15 mls cherry syrup (from a jar of cherries is fine)

Bottle of Kc Ginger Glow Kombucha

Ice

2 fresh or jarred cherries, for garnish

Method

  1. Pour cherry syrup (from a jar of cherries is fine) then fill glass with ice.
  2. Pour bourbon gently over the ice.
  3. Top up with Kc Ginger Glow Kombucha pouring over the back of a spoon to keep the layers distinct and preserve the fizz.
  4. Garnish with fresh or jarred cherries.
