45ml Gin

15ml Simple Syrup

15ml Fresh Lemon Juice

45ml Orange Juice

Kc Spring Time Kombucha

4 Mandarin Segments

Orange Twist or Wheel (optional)

Method

  1. In a shaker combine the gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and orange juice, over ice.
  2. Shake for around 20 seconds.
  3. Fill your preferred glass with ice and 4 mandarin segments.
  4. Strain mixture into the glass, and top up with Kc Spring Time Kombucha.
  5. Garnish with an orange wheel or twist.
