45ml Whiskey (or Bourbon)

2 Tsp Sugar

15ml Lemon Juice

Kc Wild Berry Kombucha

3-4 Raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Ice

Lemon for garnish

METHOD

  1. Put 3-4 raspberries in your favourite glass and muddle to crush the berries, then 3/4 fill the glass with ice
  2. Put whiskey, sugar & lemon juice into a shaker with ice. Shake, then strain into the glass, over ice.
  3. Top up with Kc Wild Berry Kombucha.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice.
