Passionfruit Mojito
30ml White Rum (although any rum works)
30ml Passionfruit Syrup, Pulp or Fresh Passionfruit
Kc Passionfruit Lush Kombucha
Juice of Half a Lime plus Wheel for garnish
Handful of Mint Leaves and Sprig for garnish

Method
- In your favourite glass, add the rum, passion fruit, lime juice and mint. Muddle to mix together and release flavours.
- 3/4 fill glass with ice.
- Top up with KcU Passionfruit Lush Kombucha.
- Stir and garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig.
