Blackberry and Zucchini Kefir Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
2 cups of almond milk (or milk of choice)
60ml of The Kefir Company’s coconut water kefir
A handful of frozen zucchini rounds
1 cup of frozen blackberries1 scoop of plant-based protein
1 generous tbsp of almond butter
1/4 avocado
Juice of one lime.
Method:
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for one minute. Serve with homemade granola and chopped fruit if desired. Reduce your kefir serving size to 30ml if this is your first time consuming it.
