Coconut, Coffee + Cauliflower Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of coconut and almond milk (or milk of choice)

50ml of The Kefir Co Coconut Water Kefir

1 small avocado

1 serving of Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Coffee Coconut + MCTs (or flavour of choice)

1 cup of cauliflower

1 banana

Method:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve with your favourite toppings. We topped our smoothie bowl with buckinis, acai and coffee beans. Reduce your kefir serving to 30ml if this is your first time consuming it.
