45ml White Rum

30ml Simple Syrup

15ml Fresh Lime Juice

Kc Boysenberry Burst Kombucha

6 Mint Leaves

6 Boysenberries

Lime Wheel

Ice (crushed is best)

Method

  1. In a tall glass or wine glass, add 4 mint leaves and 4 boysenberries, muddle using whatever you have available.
  2. Fill glass with ice, add rum, simple syrup and lime juice. Stir using a long spoon.
  3. Top up with Kc Boysenberry Burst Kombucha.
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel, 2 mint leaves and 2 boysenberries.
